These covers are precisely trimmed and reinforced, ensuring a durable, original-quality reproduction. They're perfect for anyone restoring or repairing a 1963-1967 Chevrolet Corvette model.

      Construction and Appearance. These exhaust covers are made with premium fiberglass, utilizing heavily reinforced molds cured for 24 hours. The construction process involves a durable hand-rolled method, ensuring no bubbles or waves, and they are adapted from original GM panels. Each cover is constructed using top-grade resins, featuring a 3-layered 3.5 oz mat and finished with a 21 mil soft sanding gel coat for a smooth finish.

      Installation. These covers are direct bolt-on installations but require fitting, trimming, shimming, and some special finishing to ensure a perfect fit for your Corvette.
