      Description

      Many very nice '63-64 Full-Size Fords have cracked steering wheels. This is due to materials that didn't stand the test of time in even good conditions. For years restorers had few choices: do nothing and live with the cracks, attempt to repair the cracks and repaint, or send their wheel off for an expensive restoration. This fine reproduction is the answer. It's finished in high-gloss red, will work with original and correct reproduction components, and can be painted to match other interior colors. If you choose to paint we recommend carefully preparing for maximum adhesion, use a high-quality paint, and giving it a good coating of clear after applying the color. This will help it resist wear and chipping.
