      Description

      The front edge of a hood was a risky place for Ford to put an aluminum molding on a daily-driven car. Sand, stones, and the elements all worked together to make a very prominent piece of trim look bad. For that reason not many original hood moldings are worthy of a '64 Galaxie, Country Squire, or other full size Ford in today's world. Luckily we commissioned a very high quality replacement which will be worthy of any '64 big Ford from nice daily drivers to serious car show contenders. It attaches using your original hardware in the original position. If you order one, install it, and are even a little careful with it the front of your pride and joy will look good for years to come.
