Description
Cryogenic tempering is a one-time stress relief process that involves both cold and heat treatment of the brake rotor. This stress-relief process permanently improves the performance and service life of all metals. Cryo-treatment delays the formation of heat checks on the braking surface and gives the rotor an extra level of protection against warping.
