    Description

    This new galvanized steel 25 gallon fuel tank, stainless steel sender, and stainless steel fuel tank strap kit is just the ticket to restore a very important part of your big Ford or Mercury. Unlike original tanks, this one is well coated on the inside to withstand today's harsh fuels. Original tanks tend to get crusty inside due to the moisture associated with ethanol-blended fuels. This can cause significant clogging problems of the pick-up sock and filter. Original straps tended to corrode after a while, making them look bad. These are stainless steel which simulate the look of when these cars came off of the assembly line. The sender will reliably send the proper fuel level information to your dash gauge, and has
