      Description

      Proper bucket seat floor brackets are now available from Auto Metal Direct. This support bracket sits over the transmission hump creating a support / mounting point for the inboard side of the bucket seats. It is a duplicate of the original installed in bucket seat 1966-70 Fairlanes, 1967-71 Rancheros, 1966-69 Comets, 1968-71 Torinos & Montegos. If yours is rusty, or if you are converting from bench to bucket seats this is the best way to go. Stamped from high-quality steel, each bracket is made using AMD's exclusive tooling and arrives EDP coated to protect against rust and corrosion. You will find the quality justifies the cost because they are a premium grade restoration product.
