The factory console shift indicator in your 1969, 1970, 1971, 1972 or 1973 Firebird can often break after excessive use and heat exposure. The shift indicator, as well as the housing and plate can be extremely difficult to find. Eckler's Firebird is happy to offer this new restoration correct center console shifter indicator housing and plate that allows you to refurbish your console. Replacing your shifter housing and backing plate keeps your console shift indicator firmly in place so you'll never have to wonder about what gear you're in. And if you also need a shift indicator lens, we have a kit for that, too.
