      Original console lamp lenses become very brittle over the years due to the heat from the light being on and they sit right on the floor hump in the end of the console housing where they could easily get damaged. Many times previous owners would install a bulb that is too big resulting in the console lens melting. Do your Camaro restoration right and use the best parts from Rick's First Generation.
