In the mid-1967 first generation model year, the radius rod was introduced for Camaro models as a passenger side traction bar to reduce wheel hop. If you ever experienced having a "lead foot," giving your 1967 Camaro heavy initial acceleration, it is possible that you have experience a rear suspension problem known as wheel hop.
