This kit is made from hardened bolts and jam nuts, with rubber bumpers. This kit provides adjustment for rear hood height and as a safety catch for hood hinges in the event of a hard front end crash, these bolts when properly adjusted, will lock the hood hinges and prevent the hood from jamming into the windshield.
