      It never fails. You buy that perfect first generation 1967, 1968 or 1969 Camaro and as you are driving it home, you notice the shifter feels like it is in a weird location. It's just not quite like you remember it. You get home and jack up the Camaro to find that someone has hacked the floor pan up to fit that Hurst shifter they bought at a "bargain" at the swap meet.
