When that happens, it can cause your fuel gauge to send incorrect readings to the fuel gauge. Note: Not for use with station wagon models.

Designed and manufactured to exact factory specifications, this fuel sending unit will replace the original in both fit and function. Comes complete with fuel sender, filter screen, lock ring, gasket and brass float. This sending unit will allow your fuel gauge to work properly, provided the gauge and wiring is in good working order.
