The double-walled aluminum panels support 500+ pounds. The toolbox is the standard 20" wide by 14 1/2" deep and sits just 5 1/2" above the bed rails. The canister (part the cover retracts into) is the smallest of any retractable cover in the industry. At only 8" x 8" the canister will allow you to use more of your bed than most retractable covers.

Being custom made to fit your truck this cover is a basic installation. There will be minor drilling required on some applications for the drainage tubes. Truck Covers USA backs their American Work Cover with a 2 year warranty.
