Chevy Truck Power Steering Box Bracket Kit, 1947-1955 1st Series

With this kit, you can use a GM power steering box (Saginaw 800) from any 1969-87 1/2 ton 2wd Chevy truck.

1947-1959 Chevrolet / GMC Truck Power Steering Conversion Bracket Kit

• Fits 1/2-ton trucks
• Bracket kit for adding power steering to your stock suspension truck
• Allows use of 69-87 Chevy 2WD truck power steering box (not included)
• Also allows use of CPP 500-Series power steering box (#CP50014)
• Requires separate conversion pitman arm (#4759PA-PS, or #4759PA-PR for lowered trucks, both available in separate auction)

These conversion kits have the basic pieces needed to add power steering to your stock suspension classic Chevy truck. This kit will allow the use of the power steering box from a 1969-87 Chevy 2WD pickup or a CPP 500- Series box. This kit requires a custom pitman arm for the conversion available in separate auction.
