      Description

      Your coolant recovery system is a critical part of keeping your El Camino functioning right. Without it, your radiator would simply overflow harmful chemical coolants into the environment when hot while drawing back air once cool. Overtime, this replacement of coolant for air can lead to air bubbles being trapped in your engine block which causes hot spots in the system. This can lead to severe engine damage. Older El Caminos required constant observation by literary opening your radiator cap and looking inside your radiator to make sure the coolant was always at the proper level.
