      Description

      Your 1975, 1976, 1977, 1978, 1979, 1980, 1981 Firebird floor and trunk drain cover plates serve an important function during final body assembly. At the Fisher Body Plant, your Firebird body goes through a chemical bath which requires full submergence, and having holes scattered throughout the floor and trunk allows these chemicals to drain out when the body is pulled from the tank. Rick's Camaros knows the importance of a correctly restored Camaro and replacing old, leak, rusty or missing drain plates is just as important as any other detail. These reproduction drain plates are not merely replacement plates, but properly stamped units made from correct gauge steel and galvanized for added corrosion protection. Remember to apply the proper body seam sealer during installation, which is off
