Features, Description, Q&A
The power steering pitman arm is a commonly worn suspension part. Steering feeling a little sloppy in your 1967 or 1968 Firebird? The pitman arm could very well be the problem. The pitman arm connects to the power steering box and the center drag link on the driver's side to move the front wheels left or right while you steer. If the joint is worn on the end of the pitman arm, this could lead to a "wobbly" feel in your steering. Replace your 1967 or 1968 Firebird's worn steering components with quality reproduction parts from Eckler's Firebird.
