Got a leaking master cylinder on your 1975-1979 Nova? It could be just a leaking seal or gasket. Ecklers Nova offers this original AC Delco Master Cylinder Rebuild Kit. The master cylinder is an integral part of the braking system in your car. When you press down on the brake pedal, you create force. The master cylinder takes that force and converts it into hydraulic pressure that powers the brakes on your car. There are two basic parts to the master cylinder: a reservoir, where the break fluid goes, and a piston and cylinder system where pressure can be generated. A master cylinder rebuild kit is needed to refurbish a master cylinder.
