      Description

      Hi-flow water pumps on stock Chevy engines require high flow thermostats to accommodate the increased coolant flow rate. Eckler's Nova has offers an upgraded Robert Shaw high flow thermostat that has been preision engineered for faster response and better cooling. Recommended for FlowKooler water pumps, the more malleable brass construction of the 330 series thermostat allows precision coolant flow. The short stoke piston is driven by the "power pill", a metallic powder and wax filled sensor able to detect minute temperature changes for lightning fast piston response. The 180ºF setting keeps the engine at its optimum heat range for maximum power output and performance.
