Comes with braces, but without spare tire well, fits all except wagons. This welded floor comes with all braces and wells. The floor also includes part #14131, which is a lower trunk latch mount bracket. When used with a convertible body, the floor may also require #8900 and #8901, which are the rear body mount braces. This must ship truck freight
